If you aren’t satisfied with our products for any reason within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply return the product for a full-price store credit, no questions asked. Just make sure the soap or body wash is no more than 50% used. Once we receive and review your returned goods, refunds are typically issued within 48 hours. We only accept exchanges on unopened products.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your credit will be processed in the form of a unique promo code.
